While parking is available on site, space is limited, and guests may need to pay approximately 20 Euros per night if unlucky. However, the rooms are well-equipped, immaculately clean, and regularly refreshed, ensuring a comfortable stay. Additionally, the hotel offers a delicious breakfast spread. There is also a pub located in the hotel if you want to have a drink or dinner without going outside. Conveniently, guests can rent equipment directly from the hotel, adding to its appeal. Moreover, there is a transfer service to the ski lifts, although guests should note that the hotel is slightly distant from the ski lift areas, requiring a short drive each time. Fast internet connection.

However, what really sets the Roc Meler apart from many hotels is the level of hospitality offered by the staff. The level of hospitality far exceeds other hotels in the area. The front desk team was eager to address any issue. Alex, Michaela, and Kevin were especially attentive. The restaurants and bars offered first-class attention. Bartenders, Bruno and Celeste were fantastic hosts who provided excellent service and information about the area. The restaurant is equally attentive, offering an amazing breakfast and dinner service. Marielle was quite observant in all our needs in the restaurant. I would highly recommend the Roc Meler Hotel

Buffet style meals were great and good quality, with food cooked for you on the spot. I would recommend for families with kids primary school upwards as the food options for them were great (freshly made crepes, chocolate fountain). Lovely spa pool.

The El Canillo ski lift is just 5 minutes' drive, down the hill, from the hotel. The staff is very polite and accommodating.
